1) Delivery Areas
We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international delivery enquiries, please contact us directly at info@biogreen.co.uk.
2) Delivery Times
Standard delivery time is 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that during busy periods (e.g. promotional events or peak seasons), delivery times may be slightly longer. We will inform you of any significant delays.
3) Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are displayed clearly during the checkout process before you finalise your order. Any applicable delivery charges will be shown separately in the product description and at checkout.
4) Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to deliver orders in partial shipments where necessary. In such cases, you will be informed of the expected delivery dates for all shipments. Additional delivery costs will not be charged for partial deliveries initiated by us. If you have requested a partial delivery, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs.
In the event that ordered goods are unavailable or only partially available, we will inform you without delay and reimburse any payments made immediately.
5) Tracking Your Order
Where available, a tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery directly with the shipping provider.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the e-mail address provided during the ordering process is accurate so that dispatch notifications can be received.
6) Failed Deliveries
If delivery is not possible (e.g. no one is available to receive the parcel and no safe place is available), the carrier will usually leave a delivery notification card with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
If the goods are returned to us as a result of a failed delivery that is not our fault, you will bear the cost of the unsuccessful dispatch. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
This does not apply if you were temporarily unable to receive the goods through no fault of your own and we failed to notify you of the delivery date in good time.
7) Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@biogreen.co.uk and include photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the shipping provider on your behalf.
Please note that the risk of accidental damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you specified, or upon handover to a third party designated by you to receive the goods.
